Directions for use
Apply a small amount to your eyelid with your fingertips or an applicator. Leave on for about 30 seconds until the formula becomes slightly tacky—this is when the adhesion effect kicks in! Then, apply your favorite eyeshadow directly over the primer for a bold, long-lasting effect. For smooth blending, use a brush after applying the product with your fingers.
