How to return or exchange your purchased goods

Order return

 

In accordance with the law, within 14 days of the delivery of the ordered goods, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, according to the general rules resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. To meet this deadline, all you need to do is inform us about your wish to return the goods and send the products back as soon as possible (no later than within the next 14 days). The returned goods will be accepted only if they are sent back fully complete, and the product itself and accessories are undamaged and do not have any signs of use or testing, indicating a different use of the product than just for the purpose of checking it. The exceptions are goods (cosmetics) that are delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery. You can use the example withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

 

How to return the goods?


1. Prepare the returned products. Secure them properly before shipping so that they will not be damaged. It's best to use the materials you received in the package (you will give them a "second life" :).
2. Attach the completed return form or on a piece of paper provide the order number and the data for which the order was placed.
3. Send us a parcel with the returned products to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent to us with payment on collection option  or to parcel boxes. The cost of returning the returned goods is borne by the buyer.


The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. The return is processed using the same method that was paid for the order. In the case of payment on collection - to the account number indicated in the return form or e-mail.

 

Exchange


The goods are exchanged for another under the same conditions as for the return. However, in the event of an exchange, you should inform us about the products to be exchanged - preferably by e-mail, by phone or by attaching such information to the package with the returned goods. After receiving the parcel and updating the order, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) to confirm the details of the exchange. The buyer bears the possible cost of re-shipping the goods.
If you want to speed up the exchange procedure - return unwanted products and place a new, separate order. Follow the return procedure described above.
