Heard so many good reviews about this powder and for a good reason. It is like a cloud under your eyes. If applied properly it doesn’t dry the under eyes and doesn’t make them look wrinkly. Also it doesn’t affect the concealer in any way ( doesn’t alter the shade or take the coverage away). I think this is a hit and for that price too!!
