Okay, this one is a good glitter glue, but I have a slight problem with it as it dries way too fast and is not sticky anymore after that. You can still manage if you apply your shadows as soon as it starts drying, but then you should act fast - it happened to me only once with this glue, I had to reapply it, I was afraid it would look weird or ruin my make up because of that, but luckily it didn't crease. It was still a tiny waste of product. The primer itself is transparent, very runny, which is a good thing in some cases. Apart from this, it works just fine, and for this price I'd say it's more a yes than a no.
