Fixing Powder by ARTDECO.
The cosmetic is intended for permanent make-up. Perfectly mattifies, cures and makes make-up resistant to abrasion. The powder does not contain pigments, it is white therefore it does not change the color of the applied primer. It has properties that reduce visibility of wrinkles and light scattering. Microscopic particles penetrate deeply into skin providing a perfect finish for a long time. After application skin becomes smooth and satiny. Suitable for all skin types. The product was equipped with dispensing grid and applicator.
