Primer Base Silicone Make Up Base by Wibo.
Make-up base. It has a light, gel formula with a transparent color which does not burden the skin. After application, it creates a thin mesh on the surface of the skin, tightening and smoothing out skin imperfections for many hours. For best results, it is recommended to apply the base to cleansed skin after applying the cream, but before applying the foundation. The base was placed in a handy 15 g tube.
