LONG WEAR KOHL EYE PENCIL by VIPERA.
Eyeliner. It is created from a specially developed natural non-irritating formula that gives the effect of light cooling and optically whitens the eyeballs, so it can be used by people wearing contact lenses or with sensitive eyelid skin. A soft and silky texture with strong pigmentation can be applied both to the waterline of the eye and to thicken and display the upper eyelash line. By smudging the pencil you can easily get the tempting "smokey eye" effect. In addition, the crayon contains a specially developed complex of active ingredients such as Jojoba oil, hyaluronic acid, cottonseed oil, vitamin E and silicone emollients, which are responsible for moisturizing, softening and elasticizing properties.
