INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- FACE AND BODY - massage the oil into the skin in circular motions.
- HAIR - massage the oil into the ends of the hair and scalp. Cover with foil and wrap with a towel, leave for 10-20 minutes, and then wash your head.
- BODY SCRUB - combine raspberry seeds with iodine-bromine salt. You can add a few drops of MOKOSH essential oil to give the fragrance and additional beneficial properties (characteristic of individual essential oils). Perform the peeling with circular motions.
- REJUVENATING BATH - pour cosmetic oil into warm water, add a few to a dozen or so drops of essential oil, which will cause an additional aromatherapeutic effect.
- DURING SUNBATHING - apply a generous amount of oil to the body. Repeat the operation each time the oil is absorbed or when it leaves the water.
