Cat Eye Brush - P138 by Hulu.
Make-up brush. It comes from the Cat Eye series, which is characterized by small size and is especially designed for very precise tasks, when other normal-sized brushes can not cope. The P138 version is made entirely of flexible synthetic bristles that do not irritate. It has a slanted shape that is perfect for applying pomade on the eyebrows, as well as when making an eyeliner line on the eyelid.
