Together, they create an amazing duo that allows you to quickly obtain the effect of permanent lip makeup. I like the Golden Rose lip kits. They are long-lasting, light, and do not dry out the lips. The Scarlet Red is a tad too bright for my skin tone (brown), so I don't wear it as is, but tone it down with a lighter colour of lipstick.

The pencil is useful for other lipsticks as well.
The lipstick is hydrating and doesn't feel dry on the lips.
