This is a 100% natural product that does not contain any dyes, artificial fragrances or preservatives. Instead, it is rich in a "sea" of beneficial substances such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, bromine, iodine, iron and other minerals. It can be used for brine baths, as an addition to a jacuzzi, for SPA treatments and for compresses and showers. HOW TO USE:

• For brine baths: pour 4 flat caps of salt into water at 40°C. Stay in the bath for 20 minutes. Then rinse the body with water and wrap in a towel for a few minutes.
• For a jacuzzi bath: pour 2 flat caps of salt into water at 40°C. Stay in the bath for 20 minutes. Then rinse the body with water and wrap in a towel for a few minutes.
• For compresses: mix salt with a small amount of warm water to obtain a paste consistency, which is applied to selected body parts. Can be used in the shower.
• For SPA treatments: use for various types of SPA treatments after consultation with a specialist.
