Natural Your Natural Side Arnica oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- AS A CREAM / FACE / BODY LOTION - apply a few drops directly to the skin of the entire face, neck and neckline, or point. As a replacement for the balm, apply the cosmetic on moistened skin, which will facilitate the application of the oil and also help in its absorption.
- MASSAGE - use it alone or mix the oil with another, then warm up in your hands and massage the selected parts of the body.
- HEAD'S SKIN MASK - massage the oil into the scalp in the amount of 2 tablespoons at least 1 hour before washing.
- HAIR MASK - apply to dry hair at least 20 minutes before washing, then wash your hair with shampoo without SLS. To enhance the effect, apply oil for a longer period of time, e.g. overnight.
- PROTECTION OF HAIR TIPS - for the regeneration and protection of hair tips against harmful weather conditions and treatments (such as straightening), rub a few drops of oil into dry or wet hair tips.
- SKIN SOFTENING PREPARATION - massage a small amount of oil into the hard skin of your heels, elbows or knees, and then put on cotton socks / gloves. You can also wrap your feet / hands with foil.
- AS A NAIL CONDITIONER - massage a few drops of oil into nails and cuticles.
