VIPERA eye&brow liner. The product is designed for wet and dry use. Greatly defines and shapes the eyebrows. Suitable texture will align the shade, fill in any blanks and enhance the color of your eyebrows. The formula is easily applied to the skin and provides long-lasting makeup. Natural pigments make it safe for the eyes. In order to achieve bolder shade use a damp brush.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

- Pure mica - is a transparent powder which creates velvety texture.

- silicone emollient - perfectly combines pigments and effectively maximizes the adhesion and durability of the liner.
