Insta-Dri Chip-Resistant Top Coat by Sally Hansen.
The formulation has an advanced formula with an active polymer complex that dries each nail varnish. This protects the fresh manicure from damage. It prolongs shelf life up to 10 days and gives exceptional shine. This Coat has been enriched with UV filters that protect the color from fading.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: After painting the nail with a colored varnish, wait 1-2 minutes and then apply 1 coat of hardener. After 30 seconds the manicure is ready.

It peels a little and doesnt keep the manicure as long as it claims, but it does dry fast though and it gives a nice shine
