HOW TO USE:
As a facial toner: After washing your face, spray your skin with rosemary hydrolate and apply cream or serum.
Hair Mist: Spray your hair generously with rosemary hydrolate before applying oil to increase hydration.
Scalp rub: Divide your hair into smaller sections, apply rosemary hydrolate to your scalp and massage gently to stimulate hair growth.
Foundation for oiling the scalp: Spray the scalp with rosemary hydrolate, then apply hair growth stimulating oil.
