Directions for use
Massage the whole body dry, without the use of lotions or oils. Brush the body in the direction of the lymph flow (towards the heart). Adjust the brushing pressure to the part of the body being massaged and the thickness of the skin - the abdomen or buttocks can be massaged more strongly than a delicate cleavage. For best results, use at least 3 times a week, and apply your favorite skincare products after the massage.
