PREBIOTIC - Scalp Toner by BIOVAX.
Designed for the care of dry hair and sensitive scalp. Its action is based on specially selected active ingredients such as: prebiotic complex, allantoin and D-panthenol. It has a favorable pH for the scalp, immediately soothes and calms irritations, and also reduces and combats the unpleasant feeling of itching of the scalp. Additionally, the tonic intensively regenerates and moisturizes the epidermis well. After use, the hair is well-groomed and lifted at the roots. The cosmetic is available in a 100 ml bottle.
