MIRACLE GEL - Top Coat - 110 Celestial by Sally Hansen.
This top coat is vegan and cruelty-free. It effectively sets colored polish, prevents chipping, and extends the life of your manicure. It contains illuminating particles of various colors that add shine and originality to any style. It doesn't require a UV lamp; simply wait for it to dry. Despite the particles, it's very easy to remove with nail polish remover. The product has a convenient, wide brush for easy application.

Directions for use
