Top Glow UV Gel Polish by NeoNail.
Top coat. Designed to finish a hybrid manicure. The NeoNail top coat features an innovative transparent formula with gold particles suspended inside. The medium-thick formula provides good control over the product during application, without streaks or runs. The NeoNail top coat has no dispersion layer, which significantly speeds up the entire hybrid manicure process. It effectively strengthens the durability of the hybrid polish and adds a glossy finish. The cosmetic is enriched with a flexible brush, which ensures quick and easy application. It is available in a 7.2 ml package.

Directions for use
1. Gently buff the nail with a buffer, remove the resulting dust, then clean with cleaner.
2. Apply a thin layer of HARD BASE and cure in an LED/UV lamp according to the table.
3. Apply a layer of hybrid polish in the chosen color and cure in an LED/UV lamp according to the table (the darker the color, the longer the curing time). To achieve a deeper color, repeat the step.
4. Apply a layer of TOP GLOW in the chosen color to give the styling a glitter finish, then cure in the lamp. Does not require wiping with Cleaner.
