It's a decent eyeshadow primer. I find that it prevents the eyeshadow from creasing. One of my eyes is slightly more hooded than the other one and there's a spot that is difficult to place and keep eyeshadow on, and with the primer it didn't completely solve it cause if I blend an eyeshadow on that spot with the primer it still looks a little splotchy but it I add more shadow and don't blend it looks a lot better than without and stays rather well in place.
