Its specially developed formula allows for an effective and safe perm treatment, ensuring beautiful curl structure and elasticity without the risk of drying out. Celia perm liquid consists of three active ingredients: a curl-forming liquid, a curl-fixing liquid, and a regenerating hair mask. The modern formula is enriched with keratin and ceramides, which actively nourish the strands.

Strictly follow the instructions for use. Do not use any metal objects to apply a wave. Do not apply a perm if the scalp is irritated, red, or damaged. Do not apply a perm to previously bleached or henna-dyed hair, or immediately after bleaching or dyeing. Allow approximately 1-2 weeks between dyeing and applying a perm to allow the hair to recover. Do not apply the treatment to hair that has been previously waved. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective gloves when applying the liquid. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor. The curling liquid (1) contains thioglycolates, the fixing liquid (2) contains hydrogen peroxide.
