Directions for use
Shake well before use. If the brush tip is dry, wipe it with a damp paper towel. Start from the inner corner of the eye and glide the eyeliner along the lash line in one smooth stroke. For an even result, keep your hand steady by resting your elbow on a flat surface. To create the perfect winged line, make small strokes and gradually increase their length.
